The Service Porter is a visible and important part of the guest experience, and the people who do this role well take that seriously.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Move vehicles throughout the service department -- pulling cars into service bays, returning vehicles to guests, and repositioning inventory across the lot as directed

Deliver and retrieve loaner and courtesy vehicles for guests -- representing Lexus of Fremont's hospitality standard in every handoff

Keep the service lane and lot organized and navigable throughout the day

Support service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement during peak hours and busy periods

Assist with basic vehicle prep as directed -- fueling, washing, and staging vehicles for service or delivery

Inspect vehicles during movement and report any visible damage or concerns to the appropriate team member immediately

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required

Reliable and punctual -- the service lane depends on consistent support and the team counts on you being there

Attentive and careful behind the wheel -- you're moving guests' Lexus vehicles and they deserve to get them back exactly as they left them

Professional and courteous in every guest interaction -- this is a luxury brand and first impressions matter

No automotive experience required -- we'll show you everything you need to know
