Performance Honda Fairfield has multiple openings for the role of Automotive Service Technician to join our High-Volume team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automotive repair, excellent diagnostic skills, and a commitment to precision and accuracy with Every Customer, Every Vehicle, Every Day!

Compensation:

• •$56,000.00 to $90,000.00 (Flat Rate)
• •Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings!

Work Schedule:

• •Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
• •One Hour Lunch Break
• •One Saturday a Month
• •Closed Sundays

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• •Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of Honda vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• •Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, providing accurate and thorough inspections.
• •Complete iService inspections with every vehicle.
• •Communicate with service advisors regarding repair status and recommend additional services as needed.
• •Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety procedures and protocols.
• •Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

• •Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Honda or similar brands.
• •ASE certification preferred; willingness to pursue further certifications is a plus.
• •Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• •Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• •Valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles.
