Job Responsibilities

• •Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
• •Sustain cleanliness of community amenities.
• •Freshen apartments as needed.
• •Report repair issues as necessary.
• •Assist maintenance staff.
• •Provide excellent customer service to our residents.

Requirements

• •One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience is preferred.
• •Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, along with a clean criminal background and pre-employment drug testing.
• •High School Diploma or Equivalent.
