Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden prägt der Servicebereich maßgeblich den Eindruck unseres Unternehmens. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen freundlichen und engagierten Serviceassistenten (m/w/d).

  • WAS ERWARTEN WIR?
  • Du bist ausgebildete\*r Automobilkaufmann\*frau oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Erfahrung im Automobilbereich.
  • Deine Kommunikationsstärke nutzt Du sowohl für den Kontakt mit Kunden\*innen als auch für die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • WAS ERWARTET DICH?
  • Du empfängst und betreust unsere Kunden\*innen, bist erste Ansprechperson und Gesicht des Autohauses.
  • Du unterstützt die Terminvergabe, die Rechnungslegung und das Reklamationswesen im Serviceprozess.
  • Du gehst offen und sympathisch auf Kunden\*innen zu, nimmst deren Wünsche und Fragen ernst und lebst so Service- und Dienstleistungsqualität auf hohem Niveau.
