  • Wir sind ein familiengeführtes Autohaus mit den Marken Volvo, Polestar, Lynk & Co und Thule an den Standorten Schweinfurt, Würzburg und Bamberg. Zur Verstärkung unseres Service-Teams in Schweinfurt suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit.
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Servicekunden – telefonisch und persönlich
  • Terminkoordination, Auftragsannahme und Fahrzeugübergabe
  • Rechnungserstellung und Kassentätigkeit
  • Komplette Abwicklung von Unfall- und Versicherungsschäden: Schadenaufnahme, Kommunikation mit Versicherern, Sachverständigen und Kunden
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen, Einholen von Reparaturfreigaben, Rechnungsstellung an Versicherer
  • Koordination von Ersatz- und Mietfahrzeugen
  • Datenpflege und Dokumentation in Loco Soft

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder automobilwirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. Automobilkaufmann/-frau)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Autohaus-Service oder in der Schadenabwicklung
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Versicherungsprozesse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Loco-Soft-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Freundliches, kundenorientiertes Auftreten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist
