Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt
  • Qualifizierte Serviceberatung von Kunden
  • Aktiver Verkauf an Serviceleistungen, Zubehör und Teilen
  • Fahrzeugdiagnose in der Annahme im Dialog mit dem Kunden
  • Endabnahme der betreuten Fahrzeuge

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Praktische Erfahrung im technischen Bereich des Autohauses
  • Kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Beratungs- und Verkaufskompetenz
  • Einsatzfreude auch außerhalb des Autohauses und den üblichen Geschäftszeiten
  • Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten und eine positive Ausstrahlung
