Das ist Deine Aufgabe:

  • Ansprechpartner für Gäste und Teilnehmende im Konferenzbereich
  • Klassische Servicetätigkeiten im Frühstücks-, Mittagsservice sowie nach Bedarf bei Abendveranstaltungen
  • Koordination und Verwaltung von Raum- und Veranstaltungsbuchungen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Konferenz- und Meetingräumen sowie Betreuung der Kaffeemaschinen und Pflege der Kaffeeküchen
  • Unterstützung bei Sonderveranstaltungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotelfachmann, Fachkraft für Restaurants und Veranstaltungsgastronomie oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Konferenzbereich
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
