Cloudera IT is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform across HR Service Delivery and IT Service Management. You will keep the platform healthy, configure new services, and turn manual processes into reliable, measurable workflows.

You will work with HR systems, IT operations and service owners across the business, and take over from our implementation partners as the platform moves into steady state.

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will:

• •Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including users, groups, roles and access controls.
• •Configure and maintain HR Service Delivery, including HR services, Centres of Excellence, SLAs, flows and assignment rules.
• •Configure and maintain ITSM processes, including incident, request, change and knowledge.
• •Create and maintain service catalog items for HR and IT services.
• •Support the accuracy and health of the CMDB and related data.
• •Test and validate new features, upgrades and enhancements, working in Update Sets and following platform standards.
• •Document configurations, procedures and standard operating processes.
• •Act as the first point of contact for service owners who need changes to their services on the platform.

We're excited about you if you have:

• •3 or more years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• •ServiceNow HRSD experience, including HR Case Management and HR Agent Workspace.
• •Working knowledge of core ITSM processes: incident, request, change and knowledge.
• •Experience with catalog management and Flow Designer.
• •A disciplined approach to platform standards, change control and documentation.
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills.

You may also have:

• •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• •Certified Implementation Specialist, HR (CIS-HR) or ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• •Experience of one or more ServiceNow implementations.
• •CMDB or ITOM experience.
• •Scripting experience in JavaScript (Glide API).
