Position Responsibilities

• •Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.
• •Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• •Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• •Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• •2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
• •Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• •Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• •Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
