Über die Rolle:

Als Servicetechniker (w/m/d) Elektrotechnik im Großraum Düsseldorf sind Sie verantwortlich für die Betreuung Ihres Kundenstammes, in Apotheken und Krankenhäusern. Sie übernehmen den Gesamtprozess von der Inbetriebnahme über den anschließenden Unterhalt bis hin zum Service.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• •Turnusmäßige Service- und Wartungsarbeiten
• •Beheben von Störungen beim Kunden vor Ort
• •Inbetriebnahmen und Betreuung des Start-up
• •Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
• •Durchführung von Service-Checks der bereits installierten Anlagen
• •Proaktive Überwachung der Anlagen
• •Regelmäßiger Bereitschaftsdienst (bereichsübergreifend)

Bevorzugte Anforderungen:

• •Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik / Mechatronik (oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. Energieanlagenelektronik)
• •Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst
• •Kenntnisse in SPS/PC-gesteuerten Systemen und Anlagen
• •Kenntnisse der Antriebs- und Elektrotechnik
• •Fundiertes Basiswissen über Fehlerbehebung an elektromechanischen sowie elektronischen Geräten
• •Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• •Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
• •Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• •Gute Englischkenntnisse

The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary Range Information

€47,900.00 - €73,025.00 EUR Annual
