Job Description:

SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Configure Time Off framework (time types, time accounts, accruals)

Implement country-specific leave policies and workflows

Work with integration teams (EC → Payroll / 3rd party systems)

Support testing, validation, and defect resolution

Provide functional documentation and user training

Requirements

8+ years experience in SuccessFactors with focus on EC Time Off

Certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC / Time Management

Strong configuration skills and experience in global implementations

Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders
