Your Role - Job Role

As a SAP EC Timeoff Consultant, you will :

• •Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module.
• •Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• •Support integrations between EC Time Off and other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• •Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• •Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• •Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
• •Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

• •Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
• •Hands-on experience with business rules configuration.
• •Experience with role-based permissions (RBP).
• •Understanding of Employee Central foundation objects and MDF objects.
