As a SHE Specialist, you will play a key role in safeguarding the health, safety, and environmental performance of our site. You will act as Prevention Advisor, EnviroAre you passionate about safety, environmental compliance, and employee well-being? Do you have the expertise to ensure legal compliance while driving a strong safety culture in a dynamic industrial environment? Then we are looking for you!

Your responsibilities

• •Act as Prevention Advisor and Environmental Coordinator.
• •Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections.
• •Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• •Ensure compliance with SHE legislation and environmental permits.
• •Manage SHE documentation, audits, and reporting.
• •Support safety training and promote a strong safety culture.

Your profile

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• •Certified Prevention Advisor Level 2 and Environmental Coordinator A.
• •At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• •Strong knowledge of safety and environmental legislation.
• •Proactive, analytical, and communicative.
• •Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
