- 1.大专（全日制）及以上学历，化学、化工及安全相关专业，注册安全工程师（化工专业优先）；
- 2.五年以上危险化学品企业或危险化学品项目（包括新建、扩建、改建项目）从事安全管理工作的经验（外资经验优先）；
- 3.具备良好的沟通协作和管理能力，工作严谨，认真细致，为人正直，有高度的责任心和敬业精神；
- 4.熟练使用办公软件；
- 5.有一定的英语基础，能够进行基本的英语读、写。
- 岗位职责：
- 1.制定、修订并严格执行项目SHE标准、政策、计划、规程和其他SHE要求；
- 2.建立健全项目SHE管理档案，妥善保管各类管理记录；
- 3.组织开展项目全过程的危险源辨识、风险评估与风险控制工作；
- 4.组织项目施工现场安全监督与检查，督促相关部门或人员落实隐患整改，并进行复查验证；
- 5.组织并实施项目各类安全教育培训，确保所有人员了解岗位安全风险、掌握安全操作技能和应急处置方法；
- 6.组织编制和修订项目特定应急预案，并定期组织应急演练；
- 7.参与审查承包商的安全资质、安全管理体系和安全业绩，确保起符合项目要求；
- 8.负责或协助调查处理项目安全事故、事件，并按规定上报；
- 9.负责与内部各部门、外部监管机构（如应急管理部门、监理部门等）以及承包商进行安全方面的沟通与协调，确保各项安全工作顺利开展；
- 10.完成领导交办的其他工作。
