We're seeking Fabrication Technicians to build high-performance Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) systems that bring fresh air to hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings across the country.

What You’ll Do:

Join a world-class team in precision sheet metal production. You’ll operate cutting-edge equipment—lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, and robotic systems—to craft high-quality components in a climate-controlled, clean, and safety-focused facility .

Choose Your Schedule:

Four 10-hour days: Monday – Thursday

• •OR Five 8-hour days: Monday – Friday
• Start your day between 5:00–6:00 AM , and enjoy flexibility built around your life.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

3-5 years operating metal fabrication equipment (or similar machine operator roles) preferred (laser, punch, press brake, Trumpf etc.)

• •1+ years of manufacturing experience required
• •1+ years Machine Operation experience required

Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Basic computer and math skills

Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally

A strong communicator who’s proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• •Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred).
• •1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
• •Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet).
• •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions
• •The ability to frequently lift up 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
