Shop Service Technician/Foreman - Faulkner Buick GMC

Qualifications:

• •Minimum 4 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
• •Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment
• •Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• •Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• •Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• •Train, coach, and support technicians to support and encourage growth and efficiency.
• •Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow
• •Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations
• •Ensure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standards
• •Perform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs

What we offer:

· Flat Rate pay ($80,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience)
