  • Das zeichnet Sie aus✓ IHK Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft / GSSK, Werkschutzfachkraft oder höher qualifiziert
  • ✓ Aktuelles Führungszeugnis ohne relevante Eintragungen
  • ✓ Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur sicheren Kommunikation und Dokumentation
  • ✓ Erste Hilfe Kurs (wünschenswert)
  • ✓ Führerschein Klasse B
  • ✓ Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im Schichtdienst (inkl. Wochenenden und Feiertagen) sowie hohe Einsatzflexibilität
  • ✓ Teamfähigkeit und kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen sowie externen Stellen
  • ✓ Ausgeprägte Deeskalations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • ✓ Sicherer Umgang mit Zutritts- und Sicherheitstechnik (z. B. Zutrittssysteme, Alarmanlagen)
