Sicherheitsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) Empfang (Vollzeit)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Besetzung des Empfangs- und Pfortenbereichs
  • Empfang und Anmeldung von Besuchern, Fremdfirmen und Lieferanten
  • Durchführung von Einlass- und Auslasskontrollen
  • Ausgabe und Verwaltung von Besucher- und Mitarbeiterausweisen
  • Telefonzentrale sowie Weiterleitung von Anrufen
  • Überwachung der Zutrittsregelungen
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Anlieferungen und Abholungen
  • Bedienung der Sicherheits- und Gebäudetechnik (z. B. Brandmeldeanlage, Einbruchmeldeanlage, Zutrittskontrollsystem)
  • Durchführung von Kontroll- und Schließrunden
  • Bearbeitung von Alarmmeldungen und Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentationen
  • Freundliche Betreuung von Kunden, Besuchern und Mitarbeitern

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Unterrichtung nach § 34a GewO (Sachkundeprüfung von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen sowie Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in objektspezifische Software
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst (Früh-, Spät-, Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienst)
  • Gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Diskretion
