Siebel Techno Functional Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Siebel Techno Functional Consultant based in India.

This is a senior techno-functional role focused on supporting and optimizing Oracle Siebel applications across critical customer-facing business processes. You will combine deep Siebel expertise with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex application and operational issues. The role spans Order Management, Payments, Fulfillment, Customer Service, and related integration ecosystems. You will work with Fusion applications, JSON payloads, Linux environments, and data integrations to investigate incidents and deliver timely resolutions. You will also play an important role in customer data privacy operations, including CCPA-related requests and compliance activities.
