The Site Inventory Lead manages inventory processes, coordinates off-site warehouse materials, and supports project operations. Responsibilities include preparing reports on site safety and material movement, maintaining records, staging materials for project sites, and coordinating project-specific documentation.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $49,600 to 68,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do:

• •Take charge of monitoring site materials inventory from receipt to distribution among installation and commissioning teams.
• •Partner with the Installation and Commissioning Teams to secure the timely and smooth allocation of material inventory.
• •Support project reporting by identifying shortages and surpluses based on installation material requirements.
• •Engage with the Project Material Manager to ensure personnel are prepared to receive materials according to forecasted delivery dates.
• •Record inventory receipts, stow-away, picking/staging, transportation, and issuance in the Dematic selected Materials Management Tool.

• •Strong communication abilities, capable of persuading without formal power and leading efficiently, providing suggestions for timely, principle-centered choices.
• •Proven ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders.
• •Self-motivation and a desire to build a positive impact on the team.
• •Experience in developing and maintaining effective operating/execution cadence reporting.
• •Strong team-building skills to improve interaction and efficiency, and the ability to break down barriers and silos.
• •Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• •Strong PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
• •Must be able to travel 100% of the time at different site locations.
• •Forklift experience is mandatory.
