They support workshops and repairers with specialised technology, calibration, and technical services for modern vehicles.

• What's the role?
• Due to internal movement, we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Osborne Park Calibration Centre .

This hands-on role combines technical ADAS calibration and diagnostic work with responsibility for site operations, team support, and local repair-network relationships. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day activity at the centre while ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer service standards are maintained. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Complete ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work within the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.

Provide day-to-day support and oversight for local technicians and administrative staff.

Lead complex or problematic jobs, ensuring quality outcomes and supporting technician development through hands-on guidance.

Act as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.

Support site performance against local targets, KPIs, and customer-service expectations.

Build and maintain positive relationships across the local repair network.
