We are seeking a Site Manager to join our New Building Solutions team in Mascot, NSW . In this role, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects across Sydney, ensuring successful delivery through leadership, resource management, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in motivating and guiding your team, fostering a positive work environment, and driving outstanding project outcomes.
What will you be doing?
- Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site.
- Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
- Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
- Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture.
- Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others and always strives to exceed customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement across projects.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years’ experience managing project delivery at a site level.
- Contractor management experience.
- Lift industry experience highly regarded.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
