Lead and manage both Rehlko (WBPS) personnel and subcontractor teams on site

Act as the primary Health & Safety authority, enforcing safe systems of work and company procedures at all times

Prepare and approve company RAMS, and review and sign off subcontractor RAMS

Manage Permit to Work and Isolation procedures across all site activities

Identify, mitigate, and report risks, escalating any significant issues or delays to the Project Manager or Technical Director

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Collaborate with the Projects team to plan works and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

Attend Head Office meetings in Derbyshire as required for project handovers and team briefings

Represent the business professionally, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence

Carry out pre-start inspections and post-completion checks to ensure all works meet Rehlko quality standards

What You’ll Need

Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or industrial M&E environments

SMSTS certification (essential)

Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and current Health & Safety legislation

Experience managing subcontractors, enforcing RAMS, and leading site operations

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a professional, client-facing approach

Good IT proficiency, including experience with systems such as ERP and SharePoint

Flexibility to travel extensively and work away from home, including overseas assignments in Europe

Desirable: experience within power generation or wider M&E sectors

What We Offer

Competitive salary dependent on experience

Company vehicle

Private healthcare

28 days holiday plus bank holidays
