As the Site Scheduler you will c oordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules.
You Will:
Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand, optimize plant capacity, and achieve inventory targets.
Monitor production performance, material availability, and inventory levels, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and production constraints.
Partner with Production, Materials, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to prioritize work, coordinate inter-plant transfers, and ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze production and inventory data using SQL and Power BI to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve scheduling efficiency.
Utilize SAP and other manufacturing systems to manage production plans, workflow, and material requirements while maintaining data accuracy.
Support a safe, quality-focused operation by following company policies, food safety requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives
You Have:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Strong mathematical, analytical, and written communication skills
Experience scheduling production in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI and SAP (or another ERP/MRP system)
