我們正在招募一位經驗豐富的SMT板卡製程工程師，負責PCB生產過程中的製程設計、優化與管理。您將擔負著提高生產效率、保證產品品質並解決製程中各類技術問題的重任。同時在團隊中可推動智能製造自動化與AI運用專案。
主要工作內容：
- 鋼板設計、優化與維護PCB生產製程，提升生產效率並降低成本。
- 監控生產過程，確保產品符合品質要求，並進行製程改善。
- 與品質部門合作，解決品質異常問題，並協助進行故障分析與根本原因分析。
- 提供生產線的技術支援，解決日常製程中的技術問題。
- 分析生產數據，進行製程資料的整理、報告與改進建議。
- 與設計部門(RD)協作，支持新產品的導入與量產。
- 管理和協調製程相關專案，確保專案按時按質完成。
人才需具備：
- 學歷要求： 大學本科系及以上學歷。
- 工作經驗： 3年以上板卡製程相關工作經驗。
- 專業知識： 熟悉製程技術，了解鋼板蝕刻、PIP、焊接等基本製程工藝，熟練使用相關製程軟體與工具。（如CAD、CAM等）。
加分項目：
任職過工業電腦、工控產品產業類別尤佳。
