About Juicekeys

Juicekeys is a locally owned organic juice and smoothie bar, founded in 2014 by a brother-and-sister team. Our mission is to provide "keys" to great health through smoothies, power bowls, raw juices, superfood shots, and grab-and-go foods made with local, organic, and consciously sourced ingredients. We care about nutrition, education, and an active lifestyle, and we put real effort into supporting our team.

The Role

We're looking for a creative, curious social media marketing intern to help tell the Juicekeys story online. You'll work with our team to plan and create content, grow our community, and bring our menu and mission to life across social platforms. This is a hands-on role where your ideas will actually get posted.

What You'll Do

Help plan and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Shoot and edit photos and short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories) in our stores

Write engaging captions and copy that reflect our friendly, health-focused voice

Highlight new menu items, seasonal specials, promotions, and team members

Monitor comments and messages and respond to followers in a timely, positive way

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share simple weekly takeaways

Research trends, hashtags, and local influencers or community partners

Support event promotion, giveaways, and loyalty or app campaigns

Pitch fresh content ideas at our team meetings

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in college, or a recent graduate, studying marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual content

Comfortable shooting and editing content on a smartphone

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and how each platform works

Organized, dependable, and able to manage deadlines independently

Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or food and beverage

Nice to Have

Experience with Canva

Personal or school projects showing your social media work

Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role

Details

Hours: 10-15 hours per week, flexible

Duration: One semester (with the possibility of extension)

Location: Raleigh, NC (primarily in-store with some remote work)
