Job Description

El Software Engineer dará soporte a una plataforma de producción en vivo de alto volumen, que gestiona regularmente solicitudes de soporte de clientes y resolución de incidentes relacionados con eventos. El rol se centra en diagnosticar, clasificar, depurar y resolver problemas en producción a través de sistemas interconectados, trabajando estrechamente con los equipos de Client Support y GTM (Go-To-Market) para garantizar la confiabilidad de la plataforma y la satisfacción del cliente.

El candidato ideal es un ingeniero de nivel senior capaz de integrarse rápidamente, asumir la responsabilidad de múltiples sistemas y gestionar de forma independiente los incidentes hasta su resolución, despliegue y soporte en producción.

Habilidades Técnicas Principales

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia profesional en desarrollo de software.
  • Java / Spring Boot (Prioridad Principal)
  • Backend de gestión de eventos (Event Management)
  • Backend de Lobby
  • Django / Python (Prioridad Secundaria)
  • Backend de gestión de eventos (Event Management)
  • Backend de Lobby
  • React
  • Frontend de Event Management
  • Frontend de Lobby
  • Frontend de IRL
  • Frontend de Jobseeker
  • Kafka
  • GraphQL
  • SQL y/o MongoDB
  • Experiencia en builds, despliegues e implementaciones de software.
  • Capacidad técnica de nivel Senior .
  • Habilidad para comprender y adaptarse rápidamente a sistemas existentes.
  • Experiencia liderando y gestionando responsabilidades en múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Alto grado de autonomía y responsabilidad (ownership).
  • Experiencia con al menos una de las siguientes tecnologías:
  • Dagster
  • Data Lakes
  • Amazon Athena
