About the Role

Technology is about more than building products, it's also about ensuring customers receive exceptional support.

As a Software Support Intern, you'll help investigate technical issues, support customers and internal teams, and contribute to delivering excellent service experiences.

What You'll Do

• •Assist with troubleshooting software-related issues
• •Work with support engineers to diagnose and resolve problems
• •Document incidents and solutions
• •Analyse recurring issues and identify improvements
• •Support testing and validation activities
• •Collaborate with development and product teams

We're Looking For

• •Students studying Computing, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• •Returning to university after the internship
• •Strong technical aptitude
• •Excellent problem-solving skills
• •Customer-focused mindset
• •Strong communication skills
