Novo Health Services is hiring full-time Soil Sorters for our healthcare linen facility in DuBois, PA. T he Soil Sort Team Member works hands-on with linens perform in g physically demanding, hands-on work sorting soiled linen on a fast-moving conveyor belt. This role requires standing for long period s , liftin g and tossing linen, repetitive motion, and wearing required PPE while working in an active production environment.

Schedule Options

1st Shift: Early morning start - Weekends off - $17.36 per hour

2nd Shift: Afternoon/evening start - $17.36 per hour

$ .50 shift differential for all hours worked between 5pm and 5am

Full-time hours with overtime available

Physical Requirements

Stand for the full shift

Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions

Work in a production environment with soiled linen

Qualifications

No experience required – training provided

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

Reliable attendance

Ability to work as part of a team

Transportation Available

We offer transportation to and from work through our company van program, serving areas from DuBois to Punxsutawney , with multiple stops along the route.
