Mission – Why we exist, what we do, and why we need you

SpotMe is a leading B2B event platform that helps enterprises increase the impact of their events by delivering CRM-connected, high-quality experiences across in-person, virtual, hybrid events, and webinars. With a strong focus on life sciences, SpotMe powers Onomi: the Live HCP Engagement Platform: that enables medical and commercial teams to run impactful congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and webinars. At SpotMe/Onomi, the Solution Architect reports to the Solutions Director and ensures seamless integration of SpotMe/Onomi within large enterprise ecosystems. Work alongside the Program Manager in delivering new and innovative solutions to customers in a data centric environment

Collaborate with internal teams building Product integration features to completion

Ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements through close collaboration with SpotMe Program Managers, customers and partners with a diverse range of stakeholder responsibilities (IT, Business, Compliance etc…).

20% Post-integration support & product feedback

Act as escalation point for complex integration issues, working with engineering to resolve within SLA.

Capture lessons learned from enterprise projects and feed structured insights back to Product for roadmap prioritization.

Contribute to process improvements, templates, and best practices that raise integration quality and reduce recurring issues.

Actively maintain up-to-date technical documentation for enterprise customer solutions as they are implemented or updated.
