Noom’s B2B Engineering team powers the partnerships that bring our healthcare platform to more people. We build the infrastructure and integrations that connect health plans and enterprise customers with Noom, working closely with our commercial teams to turn partner needs into scalable solutions. By connecting engineering innovation with business growth, we expand what our platform can deliver—and who it can reach.

About the Role

As our partnerships grow, we’re looking for a Solutions Architect to bridge B2B Engineering and Commercial, shaping how partners connect with Noom’s platform. You’ll join commercial conversations as a trusted technical partner, giving prospective customers a clear, credible understanding of our technology, security, and AI capabilities. From early discovery through integration, you’ll translate partner goals into sound architecture, build on established systems and patterns, and guide integrations that work seamlessly within Noom’s platform.

You Will

Join partner commercial and technical discussions, capture architectural implications, and map them onto existing Noom systems, interfaces, and patterns

Own the technical shape of partner solutions: APIs, data exchange, SSO/auth, security/AI review constraints, and integration sequencing — preferring reuse, extension, and fit over one-off designs

Represent Noom technology (tech, security, AI) in partner meetings with enough depth that commercial and eng stay aligned, escalating when a higher-level discussion is needed

Own partner RFP and AI/security review responses, coordinating with internal teams and using (and helping shape) tooling as it's built

Act as the technical lead for the partner workstream during integration periods: architecture, sequencing, clear handoffs with Eng and Commercial, and pragmatic coding or prototyping

Keep a reliable source of truth on open partner architectural asks, review status, and integration blockers so Eng and Commercial stay aligned

Own the technical terms of partner agreements (data flows, integration scope, SLA feasibility), flagging technical implications early so Legal owns contract language and liability terms

Surface partner asks that touch the roadmap to Product early, defaulting to fitting existing direction and escalating when an ask requires a roadmap change

About You

You Have

Experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar partner-facing technical IC with real architectural ownership

Strong architectural decision-making: can take ambiguous partner requirements and design solutions that fit an existing platform, not greenfield-only designs

Comfort presenting technical, security, and AI topics to mixed commercial, operational and engineering audiences

Proven ownership of RFPs, security questionnaires, AI reviews, or equivalent partner diligence packages

Hands-on integration experience (APIs, data exchange, SSO/auth, healthcare or enterprise partner integrations preferred), including enough coding to prototype, debug, and ship small pieces yourself

Strong written communication for architecture notes, partner-facing materials, and internal status

Ability to lead cross-functional work without formal authority, and to escalate cleanly when needed

Nice-to-have:

Background in digital health, health plans, PBMs, or enterprise B2B partnerships

Familiarity with healthcare compliance and security review norms (e.g., questionnaires, SOC2/HITRUST-style asks) without needing to be the compliance owner

Experience shaping or improving internal tooling for reviews and integrations

Prior work with sales/partner teams in a deal-support model

The base salary range for this position is $153,000 - $180,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

This role is eligible for our Princeton office location, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
