Sonographer

About to Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our team at our recently upgraded Launceston clinic. The role is available on either a part-time or full-time basis depending on candidate preference.

Our clinics are filled with high performing teams and supported with up-to-date equipment within a modern clinical setting, the Sonographer will be responsible for the high-quality scanning our community trusts us to deliver.

Relocation & retention packages worth up to $50,000 are available to candidates relocating from interstate.

Responsibilities

• •Build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates.
• •Responsive, accurate and timely diagnosis for optimal delivery of results with excellent customer service provisions.
• •Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively both independently and within a team.
• •Work with clinic teams to identify and proactively deliver on the Health & Safety framework.
• •Provide feedback to other members of the clinic and operational teams to help identify training and development needs.
• •Collaborate with National Ultrasound Leader, Site Chief and /or Regional Manager on growth initiatives for the clinic.

Selection Criteria

• •Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Ultrasound
• •Skilled across a broad range of scanning competences
• •Hold and maintain current registration with ASAR as well as a completion of an ASAR accredited course.
• •Hold and maintain annual liability insurance through the ASA, or equivalent provider.
• •A value driven attitude and work ethic.
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills that will allow you to thrive in our team-oriented environment.
