Sonography Intern - PRN

The Sonography Intern will work under the supervision of experienced radiologists and ultrasound technologists to assist in the daily operations of ultrasound procedures. This position provides hands-on training and exposure to diagnostic imaging techniques, with a focus on learning the practical and theoretical aspects of ultrasound technology. The intern will assist in preparing patients, operating ultrasound equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow in the ultrasound department.

Position Details:

• Minimum Required Qualifications:
• Education: Currently enrolled in certified Ultrasound Training Program or in a school of ultrasound imaging or graduate of a school of Sonography

• Preferred Required Qualifications:
• Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• o Basic knowledge of ultrasound principles and diagnostic imaging techniques.
• o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• o Ability to work well in a team environment.
• o Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• o Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
