Job Description

  • Lead sourcing and procurement of goods, materials, and services.
  • Partner with stakeholders (including R&D and Cubic Group Purchase Team) to align supplier capabilities with organizational needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules for high-value categories.
  • Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining reliability and service levels.
  • Manage supplier risk, sustainability, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Support localization activities by identifying and developing local suppliers to reduce lead times and costs.
  • Execute sourcing activities across global and local markets to ensure supply chain resilience and competitiveness.
