  • Sie übernehmen stellvertretend die operative und fachliche Leitung der Küche sowie des Küchenteams und die Gesamtverantwortung für alle ausgegebenen Speisen und Lebensmittel
  • Planen, Erstellen und Kalkulieren der Speisekarten und Zubereitung der á-la-carte-Gerichte
  • Verantwortlich für die reibungslosen Abläufe in der Küche und Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards HACCP
  • Warenannahme und Warenkontrolle sowie die Durchführung und Auswertung von Inventuren
  • Sie haben Spaß daran, sich nicht nur über die Entwicklung neuer Trends am Markt zu informieren, sondern streben danach, sie selbst aktiv beim Entwickeln neuer Gerichte zu setzen
  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch (w/m/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie wissen, dass inspirierende Arbeit im Team immer wieder neue Herausforderungen mit sich bringt, und stellen sich ihnen selbstbewusst mit klarem Kopf – auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Sie sind nicht nur Führungspersönlichkeit, sondern auch Teamplayer (w/m/d) und wissen, ein Küchenteam zu motivieren
  • Sie begeistern sich für eine moderne, nachhaltige und innovative Küche und haben dabei einen verantwortungsbewussten Qualitätsanspruch
  • Leistungsbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliche Arbeit
