Im Hufeland-Haus ist im Bereich Wohnen und Pflege (stationäre Altenpflege und „Junge Pflege“, insgesamt 189 Plätze) ab 01.07.2026 oder später eine Stelle als Sozialarbeiter\*in (m/ w/ d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit zu besetzen.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Gestaltung des Bewohneralltags, Beratung von Angehörigen sowie Unterstützung bei Integration und Krisen
  • Organisation von Angeboten und Veranstaltungen sowie Mitwirkung an Betreuung und Gremienarbeit
  • Unterstützung bei sozialadministrativen Anliegen und Mitwirken an der Weiterentwicklung und Evaluation der Betreuung
  • Unterstützung der Einrichtungsbeiräte in ihrer Arbeit
  • Wir wünschen uns von Ihnen
  • Studium Soziale Arbeit/Sozialpädagogik oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit erster Praxiserfahrung
  • Organisations-, Beratungs- und Sozialrechtskenntnisse (insb. SGB XI, SGB XII, BTHG, BGB – Betreuungsrecht)
  • MS-Office-Kompetenz
  • Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Eine strukturierte, flexible und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
