  • Verhindern von Ausbildungsabbrüchen und Schulabbrüchen
  • Entwicklung von Lösungen für den Wiedereinstieg in Schule, Ausbildung oder Beruf
  • Case Management und Koordination von Unterstützungsmaßnahme
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen, Ausbildungsbetrieben, Eltern und Netzwerkpartner_innen
  • Unterstützung bei Bewerbungen und Ausbildungsplatzsuche
  • Motivation und Stärkung der persönlichen Ressourcen der Jugendlichen
  • Begleitung bei sozialen, schulischen oder persönlichen Herausforderungen, die einer Ausbildung im Weg stehen können
  • DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
  • Abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung in den Bereichen Sozialpädagogik. Soziale Arbeit, o. Ä.
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office)
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Weiterbildungsinteresse
  • Führerschein B
