  • Für eine neu eröffnende Inobhutnahmeeinrichtung in Offenbach suchen wir engagierte und fachlich kompetente pädagogische Fachkräfte für die Betreuung von Kindern im Alter von 8 bis 14 Jahren.

Aufgaben

  • Mitgestaltung des Aufbaus und der Eröffnung
  • Gestaltung der Tagesstruktur und Bezugsbetreuung
  • Planung und Durchführung von Freizeitangeboten
  • Nachtbereitschaften und Wochenenddienste
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Jugendämtern, Schulen und weiteren Institutionen
  • Dokumentation und Berichtswesen

Stellenanforderungen

  • Pädagogischer/sozialer Studienabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern in Krisensituationen
  • Empathie, Belastbarkeit und Handlungssicherheit
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der stationären Jugendhilfe
  • Zusatzqualifikationen z. B. im systemischen oder erlebnispädagogischen Bereich
  • Führerschein Klasse B
