Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gästebetreuung
  • Bedienen der Telefonanlage
  • Annahme von Reservierungen in den Bereichen Tennis, Squash, Badminton, Fitness, Sauna und Body Care
  • Kassenführung und Abrechnung der zu führenden Schicht
  • Check-in und kassieren von Tagesgästen
  • Ausstellen von Gutscheinen und Verbuchen der Einnahmen
  • Bearbeitung von Fundsachen
  • Kontrolle der täglichen Reservierungen
  • Verkauf von Kioskartikeln (Tennis- und Squashbälle)
  • Verleih von Tennis- und Squashschlägern
  • Bearbeitung des allgemeinen Schriftverkehrs
  • Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien für die SPA-Rezeption
  • Pflege der Gästekartei
  • Verantwortlich für Sauberkeit und Gästebetreuung im Loungebereich
  • Beratung zu Anwendungen bei Abwesenheit des Body Care Mitarbeiters
  • Aufnahme von allgemeinen Reklamationen
