We are looking for a Specialist I IT Web Application to help shape the future of our digital experience and technology ecosystem. In this strategic role, you will work at the intersection of technology, digital experience, and business strategy to evolve our websites, applications, and digital platforms into modern, scalable solutions. You will collaborate with key partners to enhance our digital presence, leverage emerging technologies, and deliver secure, consistent, and engaging experiences across digital channels.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and advance the application and technology roadmap in partnership with Marketing and Public Affairs stakeholders, aligning digital capabilities with business priorities and outcomes.
  • Drive the evolution of the organization’s digital experience by leveraging the right technologies, platforms, and capabilities across web, social media, mobile, APIs, and emerging digital channels.
  • Support and evolve the modern SitecoreAI CMS platform and related digital experience capabilities, enabling scalable, omnichannel experiences that extend beyond traditional websites.
  • Develop and monitor key customer journeys and targeted campaigns, using analytics, dashboards, and insights to provide recommendations that inform leadership and continuously improve the web strategy.
  • Explore and support AI-enabled digital experiences, including conversational solutions using trusted and approved datasets, while ensuring AI, automation, and personalization initiatives are secure and appropriately governed.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and service providers to expand digital maturity, improve the organization’s digital and social presence, and identify opportunities for innovation and application rationalization.
  • Support current web technologies while ensuring digital solutions adhere to established security requirements, standards, policies, governance, and industry best practices.

Who You Are:

  • University degree or a two-year technical diploma with 6+ years of related experience working with various digital and web technologies including SitecoreXMC, socal media platforms, and working with business partners and external service providers.
  • Experience with modern digital architectures and technologies that support API-first, headless, and omnichannel delivery models.
  • Strong knowledge of web applications and technologies, SitecoreAI (Sitecore XMC) and related capabilities such as digital asset management and personalization, along with digital experience solutions such as Brightcove, Canto, Coveo, and Hootsuite.
  • Knowledge of security concepts, cloud services such as Azure, and digital integrations, with an understanding of secure and governed technology delivery.
  • Demonstrated the ability to develop strategic roadmap recommendations, drive application rationalization, and connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex technology concepts into business-focused recommendations.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a typical office environment, with occasional travel as required.
  • The role operates in a high-profile, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and may involve handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Periodic time-sensitive demands may arise in response to operational escalations and project delivery deadlines.

Salary:

  • Ranges from $95,000 – $125,000 CDN for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
