Job Description Ideenmanagement

  • Koordination des Idenmanagements
  • Leitung des Regelkreises / der Kommission
  • Verwaltung und Koordination der Verbesserungsvorschläge im Prüfungs-, Bewertungs-, und Realisierungsprozess
  • Einleitung externer Gutachter
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung der BVW-Betriebsvereinbarung sowie aller gesetzlichen und tariflichen Bestimmungen, die das BVW berühren.
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der VV-Einreicher
  • externe bzw. Interne Netzwerkpflege und regelmäßige Kommunikation mit den Schnittstellen des Ideenmanagements (Personalabteilung, Beschwerdemanagement, Qualitätsmanagement, Innovation und Umwelt / Arbeitssicherheit)
  • Besuch und Kontakt zu den Werken / dezentralen Verantwortlichen
  • Erfolgskontrolle: Erstellung und Kontrolle der BVW-Statistik / Balanced Scorecard
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen, Seminaren, Workshops und Vorträgen
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Ideen-Marketing-Tools
  • Unterstützung bei der Büroorganisation, Abwicklung und Bewertung von Ideen
  • Pflege, Ausbau und Organisation Intranet-Auftritt
