  • Durchführung, Überwachung und Koordination von Intercompany-Abstimmungen und -Verrechnungen zur Gewährleistung der Konsistenz konzerninterner Transaktionen innerhalb der Villeroy & Boch Gruppe
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und local GAAP
  • Verantwortung für sämtliche Buchungsvorgänge und die Kontenpflege im Hauptbuch für verschiedene Gesellschaften
  • Kontenabstimmung und Klärung von Differenzen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen, insb. im Bereich Intercompany.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (z. B. AP-/AR-Team, Group Reporting, Controlling, Treasury) sowie externen Partnern (z. B. Wirtschaftsprüfer)
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Abschlüssen und im Umgang mit Wirtschaftsprüfern
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB/IFRS
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie MS Office
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • (sehr gute) Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
