Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated colleague to join our Loss Prevention team. This position combines operational case management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced international environment. What You'll Do

• •Manage rental extension requests for both short-term and long-term vehicle rentals.
• •Investigate and resolve overdue rental cases, ensuring rental agreements remain accurate and up to date.
• •Proactively contact drivers and corporate customers to collect required information, such as mileage readings, and secure rental extensions when needed.
• •Coordinate with rental stations and internal stakeholders to support business continuity and fleet utilization.
• •Manage and maintain case information across internal systems, Excel files, and SharePoint.
• •Handle case-related communication via phone and email with customers, business partners, and internal teams.
• •Research and gather relevant information from multiple systems and databases to support decision-making and case resolution.
• •Ensure accurate administration and documentation of all activities.
• •Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• •Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
• •Italian language skills are a plus
• •Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• •Confidence communicating professionally with external and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
• •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• •Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• •A proactive, responsible, and collaborative mindset.
• •Strong organizational and administrative skills.
