Key Responsibilities

• •Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
• •Help optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
• •Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• •Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
• •In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program
• •Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
• •Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
• •Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
• •Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands
• •Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• •Current or eligible SLP license in the state of practice
• •ASHA accreditation or equivalent
