Ray Graham Association is a leading Human Service company dedicated to delivering innovative programs and services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Summer Interns to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our programs.

Position Overview : The Spring Intern will support various programs by assisting with day-to-day operations, participating in team meetings, and helping with specific projects. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in Human Services.

Key Responsibilities :

• •Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• •Provide support in administrative tasks, client communications, data entry, etc.
• •Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops.
• •Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, or marketing materials.
• •Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends or competitors.
• •Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• •Currently pursuing a degree in Human Service field or recent graduate.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• •Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• •Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• •Passionate about Human Services and eager to learn.
