conceptas GmbH ist seit über 30 Jahren auf dem Dienstleistungssektor im Bereich der Personalüberlassung tätig und verfügt hier bereits über eine langjährige Erfahrung. Für unseren Kunden in Massing suchen wir ab sofort einen SPS-Programmierer (m/w/d), Roboterprogrammierer (m/w/d) - Robotik und Sondermaschinenbau (m/w/d) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.

  • Standort: Massing
  • Anstellungsart(en): Vollzeit
  • Arbeitszeit: 35 - 40 Stunden pro Woche
  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Installation und Programmierung von Industrierobotern und Anlagen
  • Anbindung der Roboterapplikation an Zellensteuerungen, wie z.B. Siemens S7
  • Prozessoptimierung und Robotersteuerungsprogramme hinsichtlich Qualität, Prozesssicherheit und Taktzeit
  • Prüfung der Installation vor der Inbetriebnahme und Störungsbehebung vor Ort
  • Abwicklung des Projektdurchlaufs von der Funktionsbesprechung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Inbetriebnahme von Sonderanlagen
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik als Roboterprogrammierer mit mindestens einem der folgenden Fabrikate: ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Pneumatik/Elektrik/Mechanik
  • Persönliche Anforderungen und Sozialkompetenzen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Reisebereitschaft (Schwerpunkt D,A)
  • Sprachkenntnisse: deutsch, englisch
