Sr. Analyst, FP&A

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Analyst, FP&A based in the United States.

• This role is a key finance partner supporting business performance, planning, and strategic decision-making across multiple operating divisions.
• You will analyze financial performance, cash flow, working capital, budgets, forecasts, and business trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• The position combines hands-on financial analysis with reporting, modeling, business partnering, and management dashboard development.
• You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other functional leaders to understand business drivers and translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• A major focus will be developing and executing an AI roadmap to improve efficiency across finance and accounting activities.
• You will also contribute to investor relations, board materials, quarterly reforecasting, and recurring business reviews.
