Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
- The Experience
- You'll join the Product & Pricing Operations team at Salesforce, driving the transformation of our New Product Introduction framework and shaping how feedback from sellers, customers, and operators turns into real process improvements. You'll also play a key role in launching recently acquired products, migrating contracts, and integrating legacy offerings. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Design, stand up, and continually refine NPI frameworks that streamline cross-functional alignment and scale launch throughput and capacity.
- Establish systematic channels to collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback from internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Operations.
- Tie stakeholder feedback back to operational enhancements that improve launch success rates and the product lifecycle experience.
- Lead key operational workstreams for newly acquired product launches to ensure rapid go-to-market readiness.
- Support the migration of customer contracts, SKUs, and pricing structures during integration and sunsetting efforts.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional launch initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful General Availability deployments.
- Ensure end-to-end operational readiness across quoting, packaging, discounting, provisioning, activation, service delivery, invoicing, and sales readiness.
- Configure, stage, deploy, and maintain product configuration data, price books, and SKUs in Salesforce.
- Investigate and troubleshoot release blockers or production incidents in complex CRM and quote-to-cash environments.
You're Our Person If...
- You have 3-5+ years of experience in complex business and technical environments, such as management consulting, business operations, or product operations.
- You have a proven track record designing, transforming, or optimizing New Product Introduction processes and frameworks.
- You can capture stakeholder feedback, translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable requirements, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
- You have a strong project management background with experience driving cross-functional change and integration initiatives.
- You have hands-on technical and functional experience with CRM, SFA, or Quote-to-Cash / Price Book systems.
- You have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- You can think independently and evaluate broad downstream impacts across multi-functional organizations.
- You're proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
Even Better If...
- You hold a PMP certification.
- You have prior experience supporting acquisition integrations, product migrations, or contract transitions.
- You have Salesforce platform experience specifically within CRM, SFA, and Quote-to-Cash / Price Book systems.
- You're familiar with release staging, SKU architecture, and resolving release blockers.
