Sr Assoc, Inside Sales

Role Responsibilities:

• •Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents to determine suitable Carrier solutions.
• •Perform equipment selection and preparation of technical offers for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and associated applied products.
• •Prepare budgetary and firm quotations using approved pricing and selection tools while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• •Support sales teams during technical discussions, consultant interactions, submittals, and bid submissions.
• •Perform solution optimization, lifecycle cost analysis, product benchmarking, and technical documentation to improve competitiveness and win rate.

Role Purpose:

• •Provide techno-commercial application engineering support to the Commercial Applied Sales team for HVAC projects and opportunities.
• •Support business growth through timely preparation of technical selections, quotations, tenders, and proposal documents.
• •Develop technically optimized and competitive solutions aligned with customer requirements and consultant specifications.
• •Enhance sales productivity by delivering accurate engineering support and improving proposal turnaround time.
• •Act as a technical interface between sales teams, customers, consultants, factories, and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline.
• •7~10 years of experience in HVAC application engineering, inside sales, pre-sales, or commercial applied systems.
• •Working knowledge of chillers, chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and HVAC fundamentals.
• •Ability to interpret consultant specifications, project drawings, and tender requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
• •Proficiency in engineering and business tools such as HAP, CPQ, selection software, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
