The Customer Service Sr. Analyst is the principal customer contact for all orders and administration of customer sales orders, related information and processes from contract award through closeout and archive of the sales order. Performs a variety of simple to complex sales order entry and order administration support activities for customer accounts and works to align available inventory with the sales order line items to ensure that deliverables are shipped and invoiced as required by Collins Aerospace and the customer.

What You Will Do:

  • Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Maintains customer contact including correspondence concerning sales order status, order changes and billing/receivables questions.
  • Create/edit sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP; create and send order acknowledgements to customers when required. Generates and distributes contract summaries when required.
  • Ensure export policies and procedures compliance including license applications, proper export classification on the sales order and customer denied parties screening.
  • Work with Finance to process customer invoices, return orders and credit & debit memo requests.
  • Create basic quotes in SAP (Catalog net / list / pre-approved Sales Bulletins; standard T&Cs).
  • Work with Inventory Planning and Shipping to create and facilitate deliveries ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Create and maintain special tracking and customer reports.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally (calls and meetings) and in writing (email follow-ups and responses), to ensure professional and effective interaction with international clients and stakeholders. Proficiency at a bilingual or advanced level in English is required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • This position requires working from Saturday to Wednesday during the third shift, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

What You Will Learn:

  • Collaborate and build networks within our Customer Account Administration, Global Trade, Finance, Sales, etc.
  • Understand Service Level Agreements to prioritize and meet customer expectations.
  • Utilize multiple customer collaboration tools/portals and SAP transactions to receive and process orders.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree in business administration or related and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience .
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain roles and position related experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (including but not limited to SAP or similar platforms), specifically with expertise in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
  • Proven experience in order entry and order administration, including managing order processing workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and updating order statuses in ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
  • English Proficiency.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with Salesforce systems, including roles such as administrator, business analyst, or consultant, with a strong understanding of platform functionality and capabilities
  • Proven experience collaborating with multicultural and geographically diverse teams in previous roles.
